Message	of toluene in each tank, but @ ~$15/gallon the water/alcohol injection seems a more cost effective route if you simply cannot live with dialing down the boost. This all assumes you are asking in regards to a TT motor, otherwise just run 91 in your NA. I did it frequently, didnt harm a thing. Higher octane than 91 is a waste of money.
